Tektronix DPO7OE213 March 2018 – Tektronix introduced the industry’s first 56 GBd 400G PAM4 optical probe for use with Tektronix DPO70000SX Series real-time oscilloscopes. Joining the award-winning 33 GHz DPO7OE1 introduced last year, the new 59 GHz DPO7OE2 single mode optical probe delivers the performance and advanced debug capabilities designers need to troubleshoot 400G PAM4 components and reduce time to market.

TiePie DiffAtt26 February 2018 - TiePie engineering introduced the new Differential attenuator TP-DA25 to increase the input range of the Handyscope HS6 DIFF when performing differential measurements. The TP-DA25 is a differential 1:25 attenuator, combined with a low noise differential measure lead. It is specially designed to be used with the Handyscope HS6 DIFF, to measure high voltages up to 1000 V CAT II.

TLC 10Zi A02 February 2018 – Teledyne LeCroy announces the release of key elements of a PCI Express 4.0 (PCIe Gen4) test solution, integrating its LabMaster 10Zi-A oscilloscope with the Anritsu Signal Quality Analyzer (SQA) MP1900A BERT. The comprehensive system provides high-speed IC, device, and network engineers with one complete solution to conduct automated transmitter and receiver compliance tests, as well as link equalization verification.

RS RT ZPR4031 January 2018 - Rohde & Schwarz broadens its oscilloscope probe portfolio for power measurements by introducing the R&S RT-ZPR40 power rail probe with 4 GHz bandwidth and the new R&S RT-ZHD high voltage differential probes. The R&S RT-ZHD probes are designed for complex measurements on state-of-the-art power electronics with voltages up to 6000 V.

 

RS RTC100018 January 2018 - Rohde & Schwarz launched the new R&S RTC1000 oscilloscope series. Starting at a price of EUR 835, the instrument’s comprehensive features are tailored to meet the needs of users in the field of education, engineers with low budgets and hobbyists. The compact oscilloscope can double as an eight-channel logic analyzer, a four-channel pattern generator and a protocol analyzer for I2C, SPI, UART/RS-232, CAN and LIN; and as a digital voltmeter, component tester, spectrum analyzer and counter.

RS RTA400016 January 2018 - Rohde & Schwarz introduced the new oscilloscope series R&S RTM3000 and R&S RTA4000. Both series incorporate a proprietary 5 Gsample/s 10-bit ADC. The new R&S RTM3000 oscilloscope offers bandwidths of 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz and include 40 Msample (80 Msample interleaved) per channel acquisition memory with an optional 400 Msample segmented acquisition memory. The new R&S RTA4000 oscilloscope offers bandwidths of 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz and include 100 Msample (200 Msample interleaved) per channel acquisition memory and standard 1 Gsample (1,000 Msample) segmented acquisition memory.

BKP DSO2540C21 December 2017 -- B&K Precision announced the next evolution of the 2540 series, with 2540C series DSO and MSO models. The scope features a 8" widescreen with 256-level color gradient, 2 analog channels, and logic analyzer. The logic analyzer software and 16-channel logic probe are included in the initial purchase of MSO models or can be upgraded in the field for DSO models.

Tek CAN FD06 December 2017 – Tektronix released new automotive-specific software solutions for the 5 Series MSO mixed signal oscilloscope designed to speed up validation and debug and shorten design cycles for the complex electronics systems found in next-generation vehicles. These new automotive solutions take full advantage of key 5 Series MSO innovations including up to 8 channels, 12-bit resolution and its massive high-definition capacitive touch display and highly intuitive user interface.

Siglent SDS1000X E 204 December 2017 - The Siglent SDS1000X-E four-channel series oscilloscopes are equipped with a 7-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 px, and come in bandwidths of up to 200MHz. In November 2016 Siglent released the SDS1000X-E series of two-channel SPO oscilloscopes, now the four-channel series followed with number of practical features added.

Pico Germany30 November 2017 - Pico Technology opened an office in Garbsen, Germany. The new office is in response to German PicoScope users, distributors and vehicle manufacturers asking for local sales, training and support in Germany. The facility will also service the needs of customers from Austria and Switzerland.
