Yokogawa DLM300023 October 2018 - Yokogawa Test & Measurement launched the DLM3000 series of mixed signal oscilloscopes with models for the 200 MHz, 350 MHz, and 500 MHz bandwidths. The new series is a successor to the DLM2000 series of mixed signal oscilloscopes and comes with new functions that meet the needs of customers who are developing technologies for electric vehicles (EVs) and power electronics.

Keysight UXR Series 70GHz19 September 2018 - Keysight Technologies announced the new Infiniium UXR-Series of oscilloscopes, with models ranging from 13 to 110 GHz of true analog bandwidth, offering industry leading signal integrity, and investment protection that meets the needs of technology advancements today and tomorrow. Superior performance levels, combined with a wide selection of bandwidth choices, make the Infiniium UXR-series the ideal solution for engineers and designers working with any generation of DDR, USB, PCIe or other serial technologies, as well as PAM4, 5G, radar, satellite communications, and optical designs.

Anritsu MP2110A O5410 September 2018 – Anritsu introduced a new firmware for the BERTWave MP2110A Sampling Oscilloscope. The new firmware will increase its PAM4 analysis function from 26 Gbaud to 53 Gbaud targeting production and inspection of optical modules. As well as featuring both high-sensitivity and high-speed measurements, with this release the MP2110A will now support development and production-line inspection of next-generation QSFP-DD optical transceivers expected to be deployed in data centers.

Keysight MX0100A202 August 2018 - Keysight launched the MX0100A InfiniiMax micro probe head, the industry's smallest solder-in probe head for high performance oscilloscopes, optimized for modern high-speed devices. This micro solder-in head for use with the company's InfiniiMax I/II probe amplifiers is designed to access small geometry target devices. The lead wires can be adjusted to accommodate targets from 0 mm to 7 mm apart.

Tek spmi decoding19 July 2018 - Tektronix introduced protocol decode, triggering and analysis support for the MIPI Alliance's System Power Management Interface (SPMI) for its 5 and 6 Series MSO mixed signal oscilloscopes. The new software option takes advantage of the leading-edge capabilities of these oscilloscopes including the touch-based setup and large 15.6-in HD display for showing multiple buses and low-noise power rail voltages.

Tek MSO6417 July 2018 – Tektronix introduced the 6 Series MSO mixed signal oscilloscope. The new oscilloscope extends the performance threshold of midrange oscilloscopes to 8 GHz and delivers a 25 GS/s sample rate simultaneously on all 4 channels – an industry first for this class of oscilloscope – to accommodate the needs of designers working on faster, more complex embedded systems designs.

Keysight UXR Series16 July 2018 - Keysight Technologies announced the new Infiniium UXR series, the only oscilloscopes to support terabit research with real-time bandwidth up to 110 GHz industry-leading sample rate (256 GSa/s) and signal integrity (lowest noise and jitter). As the demand for faster and more data continues to surge, digital speeds increase and consequently, margins decrease. Test equipment has struggled to keep up with the cutting-edge researchers that are racing to the next technology breakthrough.

Rigol MSO700018 June 2018 - RIGOL Technologies announced an addition to its oscilloscope portfolio with the introduction of the new mid-range 7000 Series Digital Oscilloscope. With 10GSa/sec Sample rate and up to 500M Record Length the 7000 Series can deliver 20X Oversampling on a 500MHz signal providing unmatched signal resolution while still capturing a full 50 ms; significantly longer than available in competitive products.

Keysight Streamline USB Oscilloscope13 June 2018 – Keysight Technologies announced a new measurement platform that ensures consistent, repeatable results across all phases of design. The new Keysight Streamline Series is comprised of compact USB instruments: vector network analyzers (VNAs), oscilloscopes and an arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) that leverage Keysight technologies, measurement algorithms, and application software.

RS RTP12 June 2018 - Rohde & Schwarz expanding its oscilloscope portfolio with the new high-performance R&S RTP family. The R&S RTP combines various instruments better than any other oscilloscope in its class. All these features make the R&S RTP the oscilloscope of choice for debugging, e.g. embedded components with fast digital or wideband RF interfaces. The R&S RTP is now available from Rohde & Schwarz as a 4 GHz, 6 GHz or 8 GHz model.
