Oscilloscope News

Siglent SDS1000Xplus06 July 2016 - SIGLENT TECHNOLOGIES introduced the SDS1000X+ Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscope. The new SDS1000X+ is similar to the existing SDS1000X family but includes an option for 16 digital channels (MSO) and also a 25 MHz DDS arbitrary waveform generator as standard feature. The oscilloscope features also automatic measurement functions and advanced math functions.

SDS1000X+ Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes are available in two bandwidths, 100 MHz and 200 MHz. The new oscilloscopes have kept the powerful features on the SDS1000X Series, which include a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s, a standard record length of 14 Mpts, multiple interfaces including USB Host, USB Device (USB-TMC), LAN (VXI-11), Pass / Fail, Trigger Out, and the application of SPO technology. With excellent signal fidelity, background noise is lower than similar products in the industry, the minimum vertical input range of which is a low 500 uV/div. The waveform capture rate is up to 400,000 wfm/s (sequence mode), so the oscilloscope can easily capture the unusual or low-probability events.

Siglent’s SDS1000X and SDS1000X+ series of scopes are equipped with an innovative digital trigger system that has both high sensitivity and low jitter. History waveform recording and sequential triggering allow for extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analyzed.

The SDS1000X+ Series Digital oscilloscopes include an 8-inch TFT-LCD display with 800 * 480 resolutions. Most commonly used functions are accessible using 10 different one-button operation keys: Auto Setup, Default, Cursor, Measure, Roll, History, Persist,Clear Sweep, Zoom, and Print.
